Q1: How does the temperature display work?

The LED display uses a built-in smart sensor chip to show the temperature when you touch the lid. No batteries or charging are required.

Q2: How long does it keep drinks hot or cold?

The double-walled vacuum insulation keeps liquids hot or cold for up to 12 hours.

Q3: Is it dishwasher safe?

No. For best results and to protect the electronics, hand-wash the bottle and lid only.

Q4: Does it leak? Can I carry it in my bag?

Yes, it’s leak-proof and travel-ready. The twist-lock lid ensures a tight seal, so it's safe to carry.

Q5: What’s the capacity of the bottle?

The Lumosip bottle holds approximately 500ml (17oz) of liquid.

Q6: What material is it made from?

It’s made from food-grade 304 stainless steel, BPA-free and safe for hot or cold drinks.

Q7: How do I replace the battery in the lid?

The Lumosip™ lid uses a replaceable CR2032 coin cell battery. To change it:

• Unscrew and remove the lid.
• Gently twist or pop off the battery compartment cover on the inside of the lid.
• Remove the old battery and insert a new CR2032 battery with the + side facing up.
• Close the compartment securely and screw the lid back on.
